Gold Team Management Services began operation in 1979 and has been in business under the same management since that time. While most property management companies specialize in strata complexes or commercial properties, Gold Team is solely devoted to managing individually owned residential rental properties.
We have developed systems and procedures that are specifically oriented to the needs of individual property owners. Our property managers are bonded and licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia. All funds are segregated into trust accounts and our books are audited at provincial government direction on an annual basis. We have staff on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and have decades of experience in the efficient management of rental houses and suites.
